Our fee structure is disclosed upfront in the Service Agreement: a non-refundable processing fee of ₹1,770 (incl. GST) once your claim is taken up for active processing, and a success fee of 20% + GST on any amount sanctioned or paid by the insurer.

Most health claims resolve in 4–8 weeks. Complex motor, property, and life claims may take longer, but we share weekly updates throughout.
